Goods are subject to available
Whilst we carry a large amount of stock, some goods may not be available or have to be ordered in. If the case where a product is not avaialble, we will contact you and you will have the options of either receiving a refund or put the product on back order where we will sent you the product when they are back in stock.
We use NZ Couriers for the majority of deliveries in New Zealand. Please allow 2 to 3 working days to process your order.
All orders will be shipped within 5 to 7 days upon recept of payment. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the order.
Payment made via Internet transfer on the weekend, will show up in our account on Tuesday morning
Order will not be processed during weekends and public holidays until the next business day.
Parcels that are shipped to address within Auckland may take 1 to 3 working days to arrive.
Larger parcels delivered to North Island (outside of Auckland) and South Island may take 2-5 working days to arrive.
Rural parcels may take 5 to 7 working days to arrive.
Parcels may also take longer on public holidays and weekends.
There is no Saturday delivery.
It is Difficult for us to guarantee the delivery date as it all depends on how quickly the courier company can meet their deliver schedule .;However, we endeavour to contact you if there is a delay.;
Eastmed Pharmacy is committed to providing quality products to our customer. If for any reasons that you are not satisfy with the product you have purchased online, please do not hesitate to contact us on (09) 575-9208 during our normal trading hours (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm). If we are not able to answer your call, please leave a message or simply email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Change of Mind
We understand that shopping online is a little different so we offer a 7-day exchange policy. We are happy to accept returns provided that the purchase was made within 7 days of the purchase. All return items must be sealed/unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt.
Please note, certain categories of product are excluded from this policy and they are; Personal care and Probiotics
To enable us to improve of products and services, we appreciate a brief explanation of the reason for the return. You can return the product in person to our physical store or if you are outside of Auckland, you can return the product via courier. Any shipping costs to return the product to Eastmed Pharmacy will be at your own cost.
You will be offered an exchange or a store credit based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Eastmed Pharmacy and will normally be processed within seven (7) working days.
Goods damaged in transit
We are committed to provide quality products and services. If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange to have the damaged item returned to Eastmed Pharmacy store and either replace the item or refund the price to you at its election. Damaged items must be returned in the condition received by you with all the original packaging together with all packing slips.
All orders must be prepaid.
We accept all major Credit Cards (via Paypal) and Bank Deposit / Internet Bank Transfer / Phone Bank Transfer: Please add your name and order number as the reference for the deposit.
